Tascone Design does not charge mark-ups or commissions on consultant’s fees. Our fees start from as low as 1% of actual construction costs, and our fee will not increase if construction costs do.
The construction cost used to calculate the fee is an agreed construction cost decided by both parties, and may be negotiated and agreed at a lower than actual construction cost so that you will benefit from the overall fee.
We also offer an in house, obligation-free consultation for your first meeting.
