Beachfront holiday home with incredible ocean views. Working with a very punctual and decisive client, this project progressed quickly from a concept design to a certified planning application, and finally working drawings ready for tender. Featuring a soaring roofline supported by a structural steel beam, this luxury residence commands it’s piece of the shoreline. A large balcony runs the full width of the house, connecting to the living areas and master suite through opulent three-metre-high glass sliding doors.
