Tascone Design does not charge mark-ups or commissions on consultant’s fees. Our fees are competitive and fair for the quality of work that we produce. Our vast experience in construction methods and knowledge saves our client’s money by being clever with how the building is constructed.
The construction cost used to calculate our fees will be agreed by both parties prior to any work being done. We are willing to negotiate our fees so that you can benefit wherever possible and appropriate.
We also offer an in house, obligation-free consultation for your first meeting.
