Currently tendering for a builder, this sleek modern home is one of our favourite recent projects. Situated high on an elevated lot in this northern suburb, the main living areas are placed on the first floor to capture the panoramic views. Face-brick, structural steel and vertical cladding combine to create an elegant design with a sculptural quality. Of particular note is the cantilevered section of the master suite, which projects out over the entry and is angled to frame the ocean views.
