The existing 1960’s warehouse was the frame for this addition and complete makeover. From a run down, dysfunctional building, the studio transformed it into a stylish warehouse & office space. As part of this redesign, a new mezzanine floor and raised roof were used to create a practical floor plan that met the new businesses’ needs.  The existing power substation at the very front of the site was cleverly disguised with a recycled timber sleeper feature, also incorporating the address.
